Welcome to Our Classroom!
Welcome to our classroom for 2024-25. It's a busy place, with lots of learning. Here are some pictures so you can see how our days go. Mornings can be a stressful period. With our new free breakfasts this year, lots of children are eating breakfast when the doors first open. The children engage in a collection of discovery boxes in the morning and STEAM activities in the afternoon for about 15 minutes. Children can relax and connect with each other before the day begins. These activities get both sides of the brain talking, and raises oxytocin, the feel good brain chemical. Now school can begin with a happy heart and a comfortable amygdala.
